Warehouse Stores / Logistics Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Borough Green. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse activities, from receiving goods through to dispatch.If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and organisation, this could be a great opportunity for you.What You'll Be DoingReceiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase ordersInspecting items for damage and reporting any issuesBooking goods into the warehouse management system (WMS)Storing stock safely and efficiently within the warehousePicking, packing and preparing orders for dispatchLabelling shipments and ensuring all documentation is accurateSupporting vehicle loading and coordinating with couriersCarrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracyFollowing all health & safety procedures at all timesHelping identify ways to improve processes and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForPrevious warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic IT skills (Outlook, Excel); WMS experience is a bonusA proactive, reliable and team-focused attitudePhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasksForklift licence (desirable, but not essential)What You'll GetStable, Monday-Friday working hoursOpportunity to work within a supportive teamRoom to develop your skills within a growing businessBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
