Are you a skilled and motivated Operative looking to take the next step in your career?Join our dynamic team where your experience will be valued, and your contribution will make a real impact every day.As an Operative, youll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager.Youll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols.Please note this role is based at our site in Swadlincote Address: Swainspark Industrial Estate, Park Road, Swadlincote DE12 6JTThis is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am 2pm, 2pm 10pm, 10pm 6amDue to the sites location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended .What Youll Be Doing Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Achieving daily production targetsRecording and reporting quality dataLoading/unloading products from plant and vehiclesEnsuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectationsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the siteWhat Were Looking For The ideal Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment.
