We are seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Warrington area.This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who thrives in dynamic classroom environments and is confident supporting pupils with a wide range of abilities. The role is initially for one week, with a strong likelihood of extension for the remainder of the month.About the RoleYou will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to a class of 30 pupils, supported by a full-time, experienced HLTA. The class includes pupils working across a broad academic range, with additional support needs present (including SEND support and EHCPs). Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach will be key to success in this role.RequirementsQualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience teaching in UK primary schools (ideally KS2)A flexible and proactive attitudeProven ability in behaviour management strategies and creating a calm, purposeful learning environmentExperience supporting pupils with SEND , including those with EHCPsConfidence delivering lessons across mixed attainment levelsSchool EthosRooted in a strong Christian vision of 'Let Your Light Shine' , the school is a nurturing, values-driven community where every child is supported to flourish.
