\nWere hiring a Mechanical Fire Suppression Engineer for a static role at a key site in Teesside. Youll join a team of on-site engineers delivering mechanical fire suppression services in a highly regulated environment. How You Will Do It
\n- \n
- Deliver mechanical fire suppression and detection tasks on-site \n
- Undertake training for site-specific operations \n
- Occasionally support electrical, gaseous & passive fire systems \n
- Liaise daily with the client for permits and instructions \n
- Participate in the on-call rota (site-only) \n
- Perform maintenance, commissioning, witness testing, and training \n
- Report H&S issues or near-misses immediately \n
- Complete documentation accurately and promptly \n
- Adhere to all health & safety standards and promote company culture \n
What We Look For
\n- \n
- +2 years Mechanical fire suppression experience essential \n
- Experience on regulated sites preferred \n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively \n
- Full UK driving licence required \n
- Knowledge of passive fire protection desirable \n
- Willingness to travel for training when needed \n
