Location: Southampton & Surrounding AreasPay: From £18.00 per hourShifts: Regular Night Shifts AvailableContract: Ongoing Temporary & Temp-to-Perm OpportunitiesTLP Recruitment Southampton are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers to support a number of well-established transport and logistics clients across Southampton and the surrounding areas.Whether you're looking for trunking, RDC work, container movements or general haulage, we have a variety of ongoing night driving opportunities to suit experienced Class 1 drivers.The Role Depending on the client, duties may include:Depot-to-depot trunkingRDC deliveries and collectionsGeneral haulageContainer movementsRefrigerated transportCompleting daily vehicle checks and defect reportingEnsuring compliance with Driver Hours and Working Time RegulationsDelivering freight safely, professionally and on timeWhat We're Looking For Valid Class 1 (C+E) LicenceDriver CPC Qualification CardDigital Tachograph CardPrevious Class 1 driving experience preferredContainer or dock experience advantageous for some assignmentsGood understanding of Driver Hours and tachograph legislationProfessional, reliable and safety-focused attitudeMaximum 6 penalty points (No DR or IN endorsements)What's in it for You?
