\n*Requirements:*\n
\n
\n* Excellent communication and customer service skills.\n
\n* Must be able to install, repair and perform maintenance on all types of residential plumbing systems.\n
\n* Philadelphia Plumbers License a plus\n
\n* Must have a valid driver’s license.\n
\n* Must be able to bend, walk, crawl, climb ladders, kneel, lift up to 50lbs.\n
\n* Minimum 5 to 7-years’ experience\n
\n* Sales training a plus.\n
\n* Must be experienced in the service industry.\n
\n* Service tech that possesses skills to educate customers on deficiencies found in the home and give options on ways we can help them.\n
\n
\n*Job Duties:*\n
\n
\n* Experienced in sewer cleaning, repair, and replacement.\n
\n* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential applications.\n
\n* Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, water heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and repairs or replaces when necessary.\n
\n* Studies plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations.\n
\n* Performs preventative maintenance work as required.\n
\n* Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade\n
\n* Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes\n
\n* Mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components\n
\n
