Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs
What You'll Do
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the facility and equipment remain safe, functional, and efficient.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Repair and maintain dock doors
- Repair and replace door hardware including locks, hinges, and handles
- Replace light bulbs and lighting fixtures
- Repair faucets and plumbing fixtures
- Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related issues
- Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Support facility improvement projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of facilities or building maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
- Experience using hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the day
Preferred Experience
- Raymond electric pallet jacks
- Forklift maintenance
- Crown material handling equipment (MHE)
- HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ammonia refrigeration systems
