\nAs an *Associate Attorney*, you will play a key role in handling *medical malpractice defense* cases alongside experienced attorneys. Your responsibilities will include:\n

\n* Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.\n
\n* Attending depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.\n
\n* Working closely with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to develop case strategies.\n
\n* Managing case files while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court procedures.\n
\n* Representing and advising clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.\n
