Customer Success Program Specialist Contract-to-Hire | $70,000-$80,000 Location: Raleigh, NC, Full-time and Fully Onsite Position Summary LHH is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Success Program Specialist to support key data center and technology customers. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring successful order fulfillment, program execution, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management, supply chain, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Communicate production schedules, order status, delivery timelines, and business priorities.
  • Resolve customer concerns and delivery issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management.
Program & Project Coordination
  • Manage customer programs from order placement through delivery.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align customer expectations with operational capabilities.
  • Provide status updates and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Order Management & Operations
  • Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, inventory updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor production, inventory, and shipping activities to ensure on-time performance.
  • Maintain accurate order and fulfillment information within ERP systems.
ERP & Process Improvement
  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to manage orders, inventory, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis efforts.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain operational and executive-level reports.
  • Analyze production, inventory, and logistics data to support decision-making and customer success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, supply chain, project coordination, or operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze operational data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of VBA, Access, automation tools, or networking products is a plus.
