A well-established and highly supportive GP surgery in Scarborough (YO11) is looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join its dedicated clinical team.

Working autonomously as part of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care across a range of services, including:

• Cervical screening
\n
• Childhood immunisations
\n
• Adult and travel vaccinations
\n
• Chronic disease management and annual reviews
\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
• Current experience as a Practice Nurse within primary care
\n
• Confidence in delivering cervical screening, immunisations, and vaccinations
\n
• Experience running Diabetes and/or Asthma clinics
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach
\n
