You'll be supporting three individuals — two men and one woman — with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy to live active, meaningful and fulfilling lives.This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a supportive, established team focused on creating a positive, person-centred environment where individuals can thrive.Who you will be supportingAll three individuals are wheelchair users and have different routines, personalities and support needs.
