Position Overview & ScheduleLocation: Worcester, MA (Hybrid Model)
Hybrid Breakdown: 2 days in-office (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in Worcester); 3 days remote from home (Mondays, Thursdays, & Fridays).
Training Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
Post-Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Saturday Rotation: 2 Saturdays per month (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
Competitive Pay Rate: Starts at $20.00/hour, with an automatic advancement to a $42,315 annual salary upon temp-to-hire conversion.

Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, hospitality, or retail environments, and/or 6–12 months in an office/call center setting preferred.
Tech Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and the ability to toggle seamlessly between multiple systems across dual monitors.
Communication: Verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Core Strengths: Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and excited to learn in a team setting.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Claims Service Representative, you will serve as the crucial first point of contact when customers experience unexpected damage to their vehicle, home, or business. You will deliver empathetic, high-quality support to help people get back on their feet when they need it most.
Provide Top-Tier Support: Answer incoming calls and electronic loss reports from policyholders, claimants, and agents.
Show Empathy: Guide callers through initial claim steps with patience, care, and clarity.
Take Action: Coordinate rental vehicle reservations, repair shop assignments, towing, and water mitigation services using established workflows.
Navigate Systems: Enter claim details accurately into the network database using dual screens and guided scripts.
Collaborate: Partner with team members, supervisors, and translation services to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
