Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Wire Transfer Specialist to join a growing banking operations team. This role is responsible for processing and balancing incoming and outgoing wire transfers, supporting electronic banking services, conducting transaction research, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have prior banking experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities- Process and monitor incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers.
- Verify wire transfer requests for proper authorization, accuracy, compliance, and account ownership.
- Process wire transactions through electronic banking platforms and Federal Reserve systems.
- Balance wire activity and reconcile totals throughout the day and at end-of-day.
- Investigate and resolve wire transfer discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Provide research and support to internal banking partners regarding wire transactions.
- Monitor correspondent bank balances and assist with daily cash management activities.
- Process electronic securities transactions and support additional deposit operations functions.
- Assist with consumer online banking enrollment and electronic banking services.
- Review mobile deposit transactions and identify potential fraud concerns or account risks.
- Respond to wire transfer inquiries via phone and email while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- 1–3 years of banking experience, preferably in wire processing, electronic banking, deposit operations, or branch banking.
- Experience with online banking platforms and wire transfer processing.
- Understanding of fraud detection, deposit review, account holds, and transaction monitoring.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional email correspondence with branches, management, and internal partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience as a Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Banking Specialist, Deposit Operations Specialist, or Credit Union Representative is highly transferable.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting electronic banking services and digital banking products.
- Exposure to wire processing platforms, deposit operations, or Federal Reserve settlement activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
