\nDubail Judge, P.C. is looking to add experienced Attorneys to our Team. We are a small firm with a family-oriented feel, serving mainstream American people with their legal needs. These positions do not require carrying a case load or making court appearances.\n

\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Associate attorney who wants to get out of the stress and pressure of handling a full caseload and court appearances, or for a Supervising attorney looking for an opportunity to widen their experience with exciting potential for advancement within the firm. We are looking for the right candidates who want to work in a relaxed environment and can be engaging and professional over the phone.\n
\n
\nResponsibilities:\n
\n
\nManage incoming calls and returning calls in a timely manner\n
\n
\nIdentify and assess client’s legal issues and document their concerns\n
\n
\nReview documents and contracts\n
\n
\nDraft letters and documents for clients\n
\n
\nGive advice on business and legal transactions\n
\n
\nAssist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determining the best course of action\n
\n
\nHandling a wide range of traffic issues\n
\n
\nPerform legal research and give general counsel\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\n1-5 years' experience practicing law\n
\n
\nLicense/Certification: Missouri Bar license (Required)\n
\n
\nNo public discipline on your record for the last 10 years\n
\n
\nJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school\n
\n
\nProficient with Microsoft Office 365 apps including Word, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams\n
\n
\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\n
\n
\nOrganizational skills\n
\n
\nStrong customer service skills\n
\n
\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and within a team\n
\n
\nStrong analytical and research skills\n
\n
\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines\n
\n
\nStrong attention to detail\n
\n
\nAbility to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers, and synthesize information to formulate advice based on sound judgment\n
\n
\nExperience in probate law is a plus\n
\n
\nJob Schedule:\n

\nFull-time\n

\n8-hour shift\n
\n
\nMonday to Friday\n
\n
\nNo weekends\n
\n
\nCompensation: (depending on experience)\n
\n
\nWork Location: hybrid remote-office located in Maryland Heights, MO 63146\n
