LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage supplier performance, inventory levels, and packaging activities to ensure timely delivery of products. This role requires proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and excellent analytical skills. This direct hire role is in Bolingbrook, IL and the anticipated salary is between $65,000-$75,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
· Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and on-time shipment metrics
· Perform monthly and annual inventory reconciliations
· Coordinate between various departments and external partners to support production planning
· Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
· Create and maintain packaging specifications
· Perform root cause analysis for nonconformances and assist with corrective actions
· Assist with audits of contract packagers and suppliers
· Analyze supply/demand and monthly sales reports to support forecasting activities
· Support continuous improvement initiatives
· Prepare reports to support decision-making
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in related field or 3 years of experience in supply chain or packaging
· Strong Excel skills
· Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
· Excellent analytical and communication skills
· Experience with inventory planning, production scheduling, and supply chain coordination required
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
