Our client, a growing CPA firm in Louisville, is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support leadership and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
This is a fully onsite position in Louisville, KY. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours, including some Saturdays, during tax season.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project and client information in internal databases
- Track project status and proactively follow up with stakeholders
- Communicate timelines, progress, and potential roadblocks to leadership
- Coordinate weekly project meetings and support deadline management
- Provide administrative support to leadership while taking on increasing project coordination responsibilities
- Experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related role
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
This is a fully onsite position in Louisville, KY. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours, including some Saturdays, during tax season.
