Project Coordinator

Louisville, KY | Fully Onsite | Direct Hire $55,000 - $65,000

Our client, a growing CPA firm in Louisville, is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support leadership and keep multiple projects moving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project and client information in internal databases
  • Track project status and proactively follow up with stakeholders
  • Communicate timelines, progress, and potential roadblocks to leadership
  • Coordinate weekly project meetings and support deadline management
  • Provide administrative support to leadership while taking on increasing project coordination responsibilities
Qualifications
  • Experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related role
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized
Schedule Requirement

This is a fully onsite position in Louisville, KY. Candidates must be willing to work extended hours, including some Saturdays, during tax season.
