\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\n* Provide expert legal advice on estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law, employment law, and general & commercial litigation.\n
\n* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect organizational interests and ensure compliance with relevant statutes and regulations.\n
\n* Prepare legal motions and court depositions; assist in trial preparation and litigation strategies.\n
\n* Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal opinions.\n
\n* Manage legal case files efficiently using case management systems; track case progress and document all pertinent activities.\n
\n* Represent the organization in court proceedings, mediations, or negotiations as needed; advocate effectively on behalf of clients or the organization.\n
\n* Communicate complex legal concepts clearly to internal stakeholders; advise on statutory compliance and procedural law requirements.\n

\nQualifications\n
\n
\n* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s).\n
\n* Proven experience in multiple legal practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury case experience, employment law case experience, and general litigation.\n
\n* Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.\n
\n* Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with effective legal advocacy skills.\n
\n* Demonstrated experience in contract drafting, trial preparation, procedural law knowledge, and court depositions.\n
\n* Exceptional writing skills for legal drafting and documentation; ability to prepare clear and persuasive legal motions.\n
\n* Familiarity with legal case management systems; adept at managing multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.\n
\n* Effective client communication skills; capable of explaining complex legal issues clearly and professionally.\n
\n* Prior experience working within a law office environment is preferred; strong organizational skills are essential.\n
\n
