Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? Our client, a leading residential and commercial moving company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Centennial, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding moving services and scheduled estimates
• Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and scheduling needs
• Provide front desk coverage as needed
• Support billing and other departments with administrative tasks and special projects
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accurate customer records

Qualifications:

'05; 1+ year of customer service, administrative, front desk, call center, or

order entry experience

'05; Strong phone and communication skills

'05; Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

'05; Typing speed of 35+ WPM

'05; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple computer systems

⭐ Previous sales, retail, or moving industry experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Occasional Saturday coverage (approximately 1 per month)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
