In this role, you will serve as the primary lifeline for patients and healthcare providers—resolving non-clinical concerns, processing care authorizations, and ensuring patients receive the timely support they deserve.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Frontline Support: Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers and plan members, delivering high-quality, empathetic support with a focus on first-call resolution.
Authorization & Eligibility Intake: Research member eligibility, verify provider status, and process care authorization requests efficiently.
Problem Resolution: Guide callers on necessary clinical documentation to reduce unnecessary transfers to clinical teams.
Transparent Communication: Clearly communicate appeal, denial, and case status updates to members and providers while strictly safeguarding Protected Health Information (PHI/HIPAA).
High-Volume Engagement: Comfortably handle an average volume of 50–100 inbound/outbound inquiries daily in a fast-paced care center setting.
