This executive leader will oversee field operations, construction teams, budgeting, scheduling, quality, vendor management, and operational growth across multiple residential communities.

- Residential homebuilding leadership experience
- Multi-community or subdivision construction management
- Experience leading superintendents/builders
- Strong budgeting, cost control, and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of land development and site readiness
- Florida Contractor License or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Base Salary: $130,000-$170,000
- Bonus Opportunity
- Total Compensation Potential: $200,000-$250,000+
