Supply Chain Coordinator

Tomball, Texas | Fully Onsite | $31-$38/hour

LHH is partnering with a confidential employer in Tomball, Texas, to identify a highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator who enjoys managing the flow of materials, coordinating vendor relationships, and supporting operational efficiency. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for a supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring products and materials move seamlessly throughout the supply chain.

The selected professional will support daily procurement, inventory, logistics, and planning activities while partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain operational continuity. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and overall supply chain effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment of business needs
  • Track inventory levels and assist with replenishment planning to maintain appropriate stock availability
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order status, lead times, pricing updates, and delivery schedules
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipment tracking and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records within ERP and inventory management systems
  • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies
  • Prepare reports related to inventory, purchasing activity, supplier performance, and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to support efficient order fulfillment
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance supply chain performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or related operations roles
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience utilizing ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, purchasing processes, and supply chain operations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Preferred Experience
  • Purchase order management and vendor coordination
  • Inventory planning, cycle counting, and stock control activities
  • ERP system utilization and supply chain reporting
  • Shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
  • Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or logistics industry experience
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay range: $31.00-$38.00 per hour
