Attractive Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to $425,000.
• Productivity and quality bonuses available.
• Current physician team members earning up to
  
  $675,000+.
• Sign-On Bonus: $45,000, along with relocation assistance.
• Eligibility for $75,000 NHSC loan repayment.
• 401(k) plan with employer matching.
• 32 days of paid time off annually.
• FTCA malpractice coverage with no tail coverage required.

Balanced Schedule

Maintain a fulfilling work-life balance with a 4-day work week and a 1:4 call rotation. We further support your well-being by providing weekend locum coverage, allowing you to truly recharge. For weekends you do work, we offer additional compensation as recognition for your commitment and time.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Completion of a U.S.-accredited OB/GYN residency.
