Recruiting Coordinator

LHH is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator for one of our top clients in Hauppauge, NY. This person will be responsible for bringing top talent into the organization and will be working as part of a three-person Talent Acquisition team. Ideal candidates will have experience within client focus or deadline driven organizations and be comfortable operating independently. This role will allow someone to manage their own process. This position will pay from $22-28/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify candidates through multiple resources and platforms
  • Sit with hiring managers to create job descriptions and identify appropriate candidates
  • Screen and schedule multiple candidates at once
  • Assist with conducting interviews
Requirements:
  • At least one full year of talent acquisition support experience
  • Work experience in a client-based organization
  • Familiar with creating job descriptions
  • Experience sourcing resumes from multiple platforms.
  • Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
