%AA; Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
\n %AA; Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
\n

Experience:
\n %AA; Preferred: Previous nursing experience

\n Skills:
\n %AA; Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n %AA; Demonstrates effective leadership abilities
\n %AA; Exhibits valuable time management skills
\n %AA; Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
\n %AA; Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.

\n Licensure/Certification/Registration:
\n Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri

Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days

Required: Must obtain ACLS within one year of hire and must obtain PALS within one year of hire
\n Required: Must obtain ENPC within 12 months of hire

  ENPC is required to be Primary RN for emergent pediatric care. RN will not be Primary RN if certification lapses.

\n

Required: TNCC must be obtained within 12 months of hire

\n

  TNCC is required to be Primary RN in trauma care. RN will not be Primary RN if certification lapses.
