Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Internal Audit Consultant to provide flexible audit and advisory support across multiple Internal Audit initiatives. This role will focus on technology and data-driven audits, including reviews of emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and Internal Audit Professional Practice initiatives related to innovation, process transformation, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess governance frameworks, controls, and guardrails for AI-enabled solutions and agentic AI platforms.

Evaluate data protection, fraud prevention, monitoring, and oversight mechanisms.

Review technology risks and control environments associated with emerging technologies.

Assist with process transformation, operational effectiveness, and change management system reviews.

Execute audit procedures and maintain comprehensive audit workpapers.

Perform risk assessments and evaluate control effectiveness.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.

Evaluate operational, technology, governance, and compliance controls.

Develop audit observations, recommendations, and remediation strategies.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Risk Advisory, Consulting, or related fields.

Experience conducting operational, technology, or data-driven audits.

Proven experience working within large, complex, global organizations.

Experience supporting technology risk, governance, or process improvement initiatives.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent preferred.

Shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm

Location: SUNNYVALE CA 94086 (Hybrid)

Pay Details: $121.00 per hour
