Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Equipment Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Renton, WA with an established manufacturer of specialized technical equipment serving the food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting, equipment repair, calibration, customer support, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, repair, maintain, and calibrate customer equipment according to established service procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email while providing clear technical support and service updates.
- Prepare repair estimates, service documentation, technical recommendations, and routine service activity reports.
- Coordinate loaner equipment, outbound shipments, and follow-up actions after completed repairs.
- Partner with internal teams to support a positive customer experience and improve service processes.
- Perform occasional onsite equipment inspections and service visits within the local service territory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
