About the Opportunity
Our partner is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance personnel, and daily repair activities within a demanding production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
This role operates in a heavy industrial setting and requires regular time in production areas, maintenance shops, and outdoor work environments.
This position requires flexibility to support operational needs. Occasional off-shift, weekend, holiday, or emergency response coverage may be necessary.

Our partner is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance personnel, and daily repair activities within a demanding production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
- Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for heavy mobile equipment and industrial machinery.
- Coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment performance.
- Support major repairs and rebuilds
- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Champion a strong safety culture throughout maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Participate in incident investigations, audits, and corrective action plans.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Coordinate resources
- Monitor maintenance expenditures.
- Collaborate with operations leaders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred.
- Several years of maintenance experience within heavy industrial, manufacturing, processing, , construction, or similar environments.
- Prior leadership experience overseeing maintenance team.
- Working knowledge of diesel-powered equipment and hydraulics
- Computer literate
