About the Opportunity

Our partner is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader to oversee equipment reliability, maintenance personnel, and daily repair activities within a demanding production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Reliability & Maintenance
  • Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for heavy mobile equipment and industrial machinery.
  • Coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
  • Analyze equipment performance.
  • Support major repairs and rebuilds
Leadership
  • Supervise and mentor a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
  • Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Safety
  • Champion a strong safety culture throughout maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Participate in incident investigations, audits, and corrective action plans.
Planning & Coordination
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate resources
  • Monitor maintenance expenditures.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is preferred.
  • Several years of maintenance experience within heavy industrial, manufacturing, processing, , construction, or similar environments.
  • Prior leadership experience overseeing maintenance team.
  • Working knowledge of diesel-powered equipment and hydraulics
  • Computer literate
Work Environment

This role operates in a heavy industrial setting and requires regular time in production areas, maintenance shops, and outdoor work environments.

This position requires flexibility to support operational needs. Occasional off-shift, weekend, holiday, or emergency response coverage may be necessary.
