General Manager, Commercial HVAC Service Operations
Dania Beach, FL (Onsite)
$150K-$170K+ Base Salary + Bonus
Lead a $15M+ Commercial HVAC Service Business
We're looking for a proven Commercial HVAC leader to take full ownership of a large-scale service operation across South Florida. This is a true General Manager role with responsibility for P&L performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, team development, and business growth.
What You'll Own
'05; Full P&L responsibility for a $15M+ commercial HVAC service division
'05; Leadership of 50+ employees across service, dispatch, customer support, warehouse, and field operations
'05; Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance operations
'05; Labor productivity, revenue growth, margin improvement, and service profitability
'05; Development of managers, supervisors, and field leadership teams
'05; Executive-level customer relationships and key account management
'05; KPI management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives
'05; Strategic planning and growth of the South Florida HVAC service business
What We're Looking For
'14; 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service operations
'14; Proven experience managing a commercial HVAC service business with P&L accountability
'14; Experience leading large teams across multiple departments
'14; Strong understanding of service operations, dispatch, field service, maintenance agreements, and repair sales
'14; Track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
'14; Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop teams and hold accountability
'14; Excellent customer-facing and business leadership skills
