Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in downtown Seattle, WA, supporting a professional legal services office. This hands-on office services role is ideal for someone with high-volume mailroom, shipping, receiving, records, and administrative support experience who enjoys staying active throughout the day and providing reliable support to busy internal teams.
This position offers the chance to work in a polished, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, professional standards, and strong internal service expectations. The role supports attorneys, executives, office staff, and multiple teams, making it a great fit for a dependable administrative professional who takes pride in organization, responsiveness, and keeping office operations running smoothly.
This opportunity is expected to convert to a regular position after approximately three months, based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, process, distribute, and deliver high-volume incoming mail throughout the office.
- Receive, track, prepare, and distribute packages, supplies, and outgoing shipments.
- Collect secure shredding materials and assist with records, scanning, copying, printing, and file-management tasks.
- Support conference room setup, office setup, and movement of boxes, mail, supplies, and materials using carts.
- Respond professionally to requests from attorneys, executives, office staff, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot basic copier and office equipment issues while maintaining an organized, service-focused office environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
- Location: Downtown Seattle, WA.
- Convenient access to public transportation.
