LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst (Market Supports Analyst) at our top tier banking client in Jacksonville, Florida.

Position Title: Business Analyst
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate to join us as a Markets Support Analyst in the US Securities Lending Middle Office and Operations team. The team offers support to the Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds and Equity Financing trading desks.
  • Forefront of resolving daily risk items with limited direction. Prioritization, reporting and collateralization of high value exposures and settlement exceptions. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, processing recall requests, inputting wires, processing journals, reviewing and resolving reconciliation breaks.
  • Works independently with limited direction on process improvements. Advanced understanding of in-house system capabilities and external market factors required to adapt to ongoing business/regulatory demands. Ability to think of new, innovative ways of supporting the business to meet reduced expenses.
  • This is a dynamic area to work in and requires the successful candidate to be able to deal with ever-changing business demands and priorities.
What is the department function?

Markets Support Analyst in the US Securities Lending Middle Office and Operations team. The team offers support to the Stock Loan, Corporate Bonds and Equity Financing trading desks.

Day -to-day responsibilities of the role?

Assisting in pre-matching future dated trades, agreeing the cash value of the trades with external clients and applying the cash value in internal systems, moving the cash payment in the market and ensuring settlement.

Desired skills/experience/education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Previous experience in a securities lending operations team is a bonus

Pay Details: $24.00 to $24.64 per hour
