Wiltshire Hybrid Working (2-3 days in the office)£65,000 - £90,000 DOE
The Opportunity\nLHH is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked regional law firm to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor to join and help shape the future of its Employment offering.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment lawyer with 7+ years' PQE to take on a senior role with genuine autonomy, combining high-quality fee earning work with the opportunity to support the continued growth of the department.

The Role\nYou'll handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious Employment matters, advising both employers and employees, including:

- Employment Tribunal claims and litigation \n
- Employment contracts, policies and handbooks \n
- Settlement agreements \n
- Restructuring and redundancies \n
- TUPE matters \n
- Post-termination restrictions \n
- Dismissals, discrimination, whistleblowing and wider employee relations issues \n
- Corporate support work alongside the Commercial team \n
Alongside fee earning responsibilities, you'll play an important role in developing the firm's Employment offering through networking, client relationships and business development activity aligned with your strengths.
\nThere is also the opportunity to support and mentor junior members of the team as the department continues to grow.
About You\nYou'll be an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 7 years' PQE and a strong track record advising across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
\nYou'll ideally have:

- Experience managing Employment Tribunal claims \n
- Strong technical knowledge across employment law \n
- Experience advising both employers and employees \n
- A proactive approach to business development and networking \n
- The confidence to build client relationships and grow a practice area \n
- Strong communication skills and a solution-focused approach \n
- Experience supervising junior lawyers would be advantageous \n
