\nAbout the Role:
\nAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide targeted support to students inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping students access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
\nWe're Looking for a Dedicated Candidate to:

- Support students in lessons across a range of subjects \n
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups \n
- Assist students with additional learning needs \n
- Help manage classroom behaviour and engagement \n
- Encourage students' confidence, independence, and participation \n
- Collaborate with teaching staff to support student progress \n
Requirements:

- Previous experience working with young people (desirable) \n
- A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- A genuine interest in education and supporting students \n
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) \n
