Accounts Receivable / Credit Control - TEMP - £17/hr + Holiday Pay - Stockport

We are working with a well-established residential property organisation seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their finance team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy department and play a key role in managing rent and service charge accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chasing outstanding rent, service charge, and leaseholder arrears via phone, email, and written correspondence.
\n
• Managing a portfolio of residential property accounts.
\n
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, leaseholders, and property managers.
\n
• Investigating and resolving account queries efficiently.
\n
• Negotiating payment plans and monitoring adherence.
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
\n

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Credit Control experience
\n
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively.
\n
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
\n
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
\n
• Available to start at short notice.
\n

this is an immediate start working 35 hrs per wk start between 8-9am and finish between 4-5pm.
