The role supports long-term asset planning, investment strategies, and contributes to maintaining decent homes for residents. About youWe are looking for someone with:• Qualification in Building Surveying (e.g., HNC/HND/BSc) or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS, and health and safety regulations. • Strong IT skills and experience using mobile survey devices. • Ability to manage own workload and meet survey targets. • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.Why Riverside?At Riverside, we’re a housing association with a difference – enhancing the everyday for all our customers.
