This position offers a blend of hybrid working from the Colchester office, home, and occasional other locations, tailored to the business needs.
\n\nThis role promises a stimulating environment where your expertise in coordinating group meetings, managing travel logistics, and handling key administrative processes will shine. You will be the linchpin that keeps the Executive Team organised, informed, and focused on business priorities, without the need for hand-holding.
\n\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating bookings, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics for the Executive Team and wider business. You will manage Board and Management meetings, from scheduling to follow-up, and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your role will also encompass HR and office administration, third-party supplier coordination, and maintaining crucial business records.
\n\nIn addition to these tasks, you will support marketing and communications activities, champion ESG initiatives, and continually seek practical improvements in administration and operational processes. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism will be paramount.
\n\nTo excel in this role, you must possess excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required.
\n\nCandidates should have previous experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrator, with a background in professional services or corporate settings. Ideally reporting at Director level. Experience in finance, HR, compliance, or project administration is advantageous, as is familiarity with the UK insurance industry and regulatory frameworks.
