About the Opportunity

An established and growing financial planning business is seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator to join its professional and client-focused team.

\n

This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit a financial services administrator who enjoys delivering exceptional client service, maintaining accurate records, and supporting advisers in providing high-quality financial planning solutions. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient client journey while contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.

The Role

\n

Working closely with Financial Planners and the wider support team, your responsibilities will include:

\n
    \n
  • Providing administrative support to advisers and paraplanning functions.
  • \n
  • Preparing and maintaining client documentation, reports and records.
  • \n
  • Supporting the client review process before and after meetings.
  • \n
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to obtain information, quotations, illustrations and product details.
  • \n
  • Assisting with product research and comparison work.
  • \n
  • Identifying and supporting financial planning opportunities and client solutions.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met.
  • \n
  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing use of client portal technology.
  • \n
  • Ensuring all client requirements are progressed efficiently through to completion.

About You

\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or an IFA environment.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, providers and colleagues.
  • \n
  • A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • \n
  • A willingness to learn, develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility.
