Residential Conveyancer – Stratford-upon-Avon

Join our clients busy Property Department as a Residential Conveyancer. You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with dedicated Paralegal support while delivering excellent client service.

The Role:

\n
• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
\n
• Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and other residential property transactions
\n
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, HM Land Registry and other third parties
\n
• Provide excellent client care both in person and over the telephone
\n
• Ensure files are managed in line with the firm's procedures, CQS requirements and regulatory standards
\n
• Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering legislation and conveyancing protocols
\n
• Monitor and achieve departmental budgets and performance targets
\n
• Undertake continuing competency and mandatory CQS training
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
\n
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML requirements
\n
• Excellent communication, organisation and business development skills
\n
• Team player with experience using case management systems (P4W and Lexcel experience desirable)
\n
