Salary: £38,000–£41,000 DOE

We're looking for an experienced H&S & Process Supervisor to lead Health & Safety and production process improvements within our manufacturing operation.

\n

This brand new role is to support our already strong H&S record as we grow and produce more, safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • \n

    Own site Health & Safety and compliance.

    • \n
  • \n

    Carry out and manage risk assessments.

    • \n
  • \n

    Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

    • \n
  • \n

    Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.

    • \n
  • \n

    Train and support production staff.

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.

    • \n

Essential

\n
    \n
  • \n

    IOSH Managing Safely.

    • \n
  • \n

    Experience with Health & Safety, risk assessments, and SOP writing.

    • \n
  • \n

    Knowledge of 5S.

    • \n
  • \n

    Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    • \n
  • \n

    Confident delivering training.

    • \n
\n

Desirable

  • \n

    NEBOSH qualification.

    • \n
\n
