I'm partnering with a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice that continues to grow through referrals and reputation. They're now looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Accounts & Audit Senior in Harrow who is looking for a varied role, genuine responsibility and clear progression.

This position offers an excellent mix of accounts and audit work, giving you exposure to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, partnerships and limited companies. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, mentor junior staff and play a key role in delivering a high-quality service.

What you'll be doing:

  Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.

\n
• \n

  Supporting and completing audit assignments alongside senior colleagues.

\n
• \n

  Managing client queries and building strong long-term relationships.

\n
• \n

  Reviewing accounts and audit work completed by junior team members.

\n
• \n

  Coaching and developing trainees within the team.

\n
• \n

  Working closely with managers across a varied client portfolio.

\n

What they're looking for:

• ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
\n
• Previous experience within an accountancy practice.
\n
• Strong accounts preparation and audit experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
\n
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
\n
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to support junior colleagues.
\n

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
