Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and growing business based in Bicester. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join the day or night shift and become part of a busy warehouse team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term role with excellent benefits and career progression.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll support the day-to-day running of the warehouse across a variety of functions, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Working Hours

Day Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pmNight Shift: 9:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries and booking stock into the warehouse
\n
• Organising and maintaining warehouse stock accurately
\n
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders
\n
• Loading vehicles safely and efficiently for dispatch
\n
• Ensuring all goods are handled in line with health & safety procedures
\n
• Assisting with stock rotation and stock control
\n
• Supporting different warehouse functions where required
\n
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain an efficient operation
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
\n
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
\n
• Forklift licence or previous FLT experience is advantageous but not essential
\n
