Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – East Hertfordshire (Exact location on request)Salary: £35,000 per annum (negotiable) Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Location: East Hertfordshire Working Pattern: Hybrid and flexible working availableRole Overview A long-established and well-regarded law firm in East Hertfordshire is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ solid experience. The successful candidate will work one-to-one with a highly experienced Fee Earner known for providing strong guidance, support and professional development. The team is friendly, stable and committed to helping you progress. A law degree is not required; Paralegals by experience are welcome.Key Responsibilities\n

• Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
\n
• Drafting contracts, TR1s, SDLT forms and AP1s
\n
• Managing Land Registry requisitions
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
\n
• Supporting the Fee Earner to deliver a high-quality, efficient conveyancing service
\n

Requirements\n

• Minimum two years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing
\n
• Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Proactive approach with a desire to progress
\n
• Ability to work independently and within a supportive team environment
