Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager

Location: City of Bristol - hybrid working available

Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 + benefits package!

The Role:

My client is actively recruiting an ambitious and dynamic Corporate Tax Manager to become part of their expanding team. Their office boasts a renowned reputation, earned through serving a wide-ranging and diverse clientele. Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the successful delivery of tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach
\n
• Manage a client portfolio providing both corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and planning advice
\n
• Assist with the management of the tax team workload and personnel
\n
• Support tax partners on many and varied advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions and restructuring
\n

The right person will:

\n
• Build and maintain tax relationships with corporate clients and provide a high level of client service
\n
• Manage a client portfolio providing both corporate tax compliance, tax accounting and planning advice
\n
• Support tax partners on many and varied advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and complex investigations
\n
• Undertake tax due diligence exercises in conjunction with the firm's transaction support team
\n
• Manage the successful delivery of tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach
\n
• Assist with the management of the tax team workload and personnel
\n
• Assist with transfer pricing reports and advisory work.
\n

You will thrive in this role if:

• You are ATT,CTA and/or ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by a minimum of 5 years experience
\n
• You are creative with ideas and willing to share them

• You have experienced handling a portfolio of clients

• You are an effective communicator
\n
