- Handling inquiries from clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents. \n
- Providing clients with updates and tracking the progress of matters \n
- Opening and closing files within the case management system. \n
- Ensuring compliance with AML, quality standards, and SRA and CQS regulations. \n
- Performing general administrative duties. \n
- Preparing and submitting client quotes and drafting completion statements. \n
- Reviewing mortgage offers and drafting reports under supervision. \n
- Conducting online searches \n
- Familiarity with leasehold transactions \n
- Ability to prepare apportionment statements for leasehold properties. \n
- Reviewing and reporting on searches with guidance \n
- Progressing towards checking freehold titles and raising inquiries with supervision \n
- Using the Land Registry portal to submit registrations, respond to requisitions, and order official copies, leases, and title plans \n
- Calculating Stamp Duty Land Tax and submitting applications. \n
- Preparing and submitting invoices, receipts, and payments to the finance department. \n
- Providing occasional reception coverage. \n

- A solid understanding of the daily functions of a legal office \n
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook \n
- Familiarity with case management software \n
- Proficiency in English language \n
- Keen attention to detail \n
