\nFull Time: 37 Hours per Week (Part Time Considered)Location: The Stephen Burke Construction Academy, SwadlincoteSalary: Up to £36,590 per annum (pro rata for fractional posts)Plus £4,500 Golden Hello payment staged over 3 yearsPlus bursary of up to £1,800 per year (qualification level dependent)

\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Installation Tutor to join a growing Construction Academy.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical professional looking to move into education or an established lecturer seeking a new challenge. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and supporting learners to develop the skills needed for careers within the electrical and construction industries.
\nWorking within a modern Construction Academy and Green Skills Centre, you will combine your industry expertise with an engaging teaching approach to inspire learners and help shape the future workforce.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in Electrical Installation. \n
- Leading the day-to-day management of Electrical Installation programmes. \n
- Developing innovative learning resources and curriculum content. \n
- Monitoring learner progress and implementing support where required. \n
- Supporting learner attendance, retention, achievement and progression. \n
- Contributing to course reviews, quality assurance activities and curriculum development. \n
- Assisting with industry placements and employer engagement activities. \n
- Supporting the recruitment and development of new learners. \n

- A commitment to high standards of teaching and learner support. \n
A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates without a teaching qualification will be supported to achieve one.
