Proposals Manager – We're Hiring! Stockport Up to £50,000 (flexible for the right person) We're looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to join a growing engineering business at an exciting stage of its journey. Working closely with the COO and Sales Director, you'll play a key role in preparing high-quality tenders, quotations and technical proposals, helping secure major projects and supporting the company's ambitious growth plans.What you'll need: Proven experience in proposals, tendering, bids, estimating or commercial support Ideally from the generator, critical power or a closely related engineering sector Experience producing technical and commercial quotations for engineering projects Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail Confident managing complex tenders and working with engineering and commercial teamsWhat's on offer?
