Job Description
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join their team at their Motherwell office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment or HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently while providing a seamless experience for candidates from application through to their first day.Key Responsibilities:\n

- Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to offer stage. \n
- Draft and advertise vacancies across a range of job boards and recruitment platforms. \n
- Screen applications and arrange interviews with hiring managers. \n
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. \n
- Prepare offer letters, contracts of employment and all new starter documentation. \n
- Manage pre-employment compliance checks, including references, right to work documentation and other relevant screening. \n
- Coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring new starters have the equipment, system access and induction arrangements in place before joining. \n
- Maintain accurate records on HR and recruitment systems, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times. \n
- Produce recruitment reports and provide regular updates to hiring managers. \n
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners. \n
- Support employee induction programmes and probation review processes. \n
- Assist with wider HR administration and projects as required. \n

- Previous experience within a recruitment, onboarding, HR or recruitment administration role. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner. \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). \n
- A sound understanding of recruitment processes and pre-employment compliance checks. \n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a wider team. \n

- Salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience. \n
