Job Description
Our client is looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to become a key part of their delivery team.

\nThis is a varied role where you'll work alongside Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly from initial planning through to completion. You'll be responsible for coordinating activities, managing project administration and helping to keep projects on schedule, within budget and delivered to the highest standard.
\nWhat you'll be doing
\nNo two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:
\n·Supporting Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle.
\n·Preparing project documentation and maintaining accurate electronic records using SharePoint.
\n·Assisting with project planning and ensuring key objectives are clearly communicated.
\n·Monitoring project progress, budgets and deadlines to help ensure successful delivery.
\n·Raising purchase orders for suppliers, subcontractors and hired equipment.
\n·Coordinating project meetings and tracking agreed actions.
\n·Producing final project documentation, including cost analysis and margin reports.
\n·Liaising with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best value and maintain strong working relationships.
\n·Arranging freelance technical staff, accommodation and travel requirements where needed.
\n·Managing Project Managers' diaries and coordinating weekly planning meetings.
\n·Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and support continuous improvement across the team.
\n·Providing general administrative support and assisting with additional duties as required.
\nAbout You
\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is naturally organised and can confidently manage competing priorities.
\nYou'll ideally have:
\n·Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support or Project Administration role.
\n·Excellent planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
\n·The ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously.
\n·Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
\n·A proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently and use your initiative.
\n·Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using SharePoint being advantageous.
\n·A commercial awareness with an interest in helping projects remain on budget and deliver maximum value.
\n·A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
