Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing high volumes of purchase and sales invoices

• Bank reconciliations
\n
• Assisting with credit control and supplier payments
\n
• Maintaining accurate financial records
\n
• Supporting month-end processes
\n
• Handling finance-related queries from customers and suppliers
\n
• Providing general administrative support to the finance team
\n

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
\n
• Experience working in a busy, high-volume finance environment
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
\n
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
\n
• Experience using accounting software is advantageous
\n
• A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships within a friendly team
