Pertemps are recruiting for a Vehicle Mechanic for our public sector client in the West of Edinburgh.Role Mechanic (Cars)Location Sighthill area of EdinburghHours Monday Friday, 36 hours per weekPay rate - £18.34 per hourDuration temporary, ongoingStart ASAPYou will be working as part of an established Fleet team to ensure that vehicles are maintained to the required standard. You will be carrying out, but not be limited to:Repair and maintain vehicles to VOSA / manufacturer standardsMOT testing (where required)Supporting the team to ensure works are carried outEnsure all works are carried out in a cost effective mannerRequest parts as requiredUse diagnostic equipment to assist with fault diagnosis and rectificationComplete documentation both paper and electronically to maintain accurate recordsCleaning and preparing vehiclesAny other tasks as requiredYou must have previous experience in a similar role and be a strong team member.If you are interested in this role, please apply online immediately.TPBN1_UKTJ
