This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing business that delivers specialist industrial cleaning, environmental protection, hazardous waste management and emergency response services across the UK. Working within a highly skilled team, you'll be involved in a variety of planned maintenance projects and emergency response operations, with access to specialist training, overtime opportunities and genuine career progression.About the Role: As a Multi-Skilled Industrial Operative, you'll carry out a broad range of industrial and environmental services while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and customer service.Key responsibilities include:\n

• Industrial cleaning and decontamination works
\n
• High Pressure (HP) and Ultra High Pressure (UHP) water jetting
\n
• Confined Space Entry, Rescue and Management
\n
• Hazardous waste handling and chemical management
\n
• Surface preparation and abrasive blasting
\n
• Mechanical installations, dismantling and equipment removal
\n
• Environmental incident and pollution response
\n
• Supporting remediation, civils and environmental protection projects
\n
• Completing digital job reports, RAMS and site documentation
\n
• Liaising professionally with clients and site representatives
\n
• Operating company vehicles (including HGV where appropriately licensed)
\n
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
\n
• Responding to emergency call-outs and working away from home when required
\n

About You: We're looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual with experience within industrial services or a similar heavy industrial environment who enjoys varied work and is happy to travel when required.Essential\n

• Full UK Driving Licence
\n
• Previous industrial cleaning experience
\n
• High Pressure Water Jetting experience
\n
• Confined Space Entry experience
\n
• Pollution control or spill response experience
\n
• Experience handling hazardous materials and chemicals
\n
• Ability to produce and work from Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
\n
• IT literate with the ability to complete digital reports
\n
• Flexible approach to working hours
\n
• Willingness to work away from home when required
\n

• HGV Class 1 Licence

• ADR qualification

• CCNSG Safety Passport

• IOSH certification
\n
• SMSTS or SSSTS
\n
• OPITO Abrasive Blasting qualification

• Plant operating experience
\n
• Experience working within refineries, tank farms, terminals or other heavy industrial environments
